Darien beat St. Joseph 91-54, and Norwalk 108-36 at home on Monday.

The Wave is 2-2.

Darien won seven events with its sweep of the 800m securing the team victory.

Included in the standouts were: the 4x100 relay with the fastest time of the year; Maggie Skeats with an FCIAC qualifying javelin throw; Kara O’Rourke having a personal best in the 1600; Kelly Richter, Lana Schmidt and Sammie Wagner, all freshmen, all improving by 12 inches in the pole vault; Wren Stewart with a personal best in the 300 hurdles; Cameron Appleby, Daphne Cutler and Kerry Blatney all with personal bests in 3200.
