Inside, there are water views right from the foyer. The formal living room has a fireplace with a statuary marble surround and coffered ceiling. In the family room there is a stone fireplace, a wet bar, and sliding doors to the deck and patio. The formal dining room has a tray ceiling and tall wainscoting. The large office on the waterfront side has built-in custom cherry cabinets, extensive crown and tiered moldings, and trim detail, and sliding doors to the deck. A smaller office is on the front side. There is also a first floor en suite bedroom.
