Obituary: Tor Birger Arneberg
Tor Birger Arneberg, sportsman, died Sept. 23, following a long and courageous battle with Ataxia. A man of great personal integrity, he was an excellent athlete, Olympic silver medalist, and captain of the 1950 Dartmouth ski team.
He received his MBA from Harvard Business School. He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Jean, three daughters, Elisabeth Phillips of Belleair, Fl., Marianne Arneberg of Orlando, Fl., Karin Hathaway of Norwich, Vt., six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
