Stolen iPhone from Darien High tracked to local neighborhood
Police are investigating the theft of an iPhone that went missing at Darien High School on June 1. The victim told police she had last used her phone at about 3:30 p.m. in the school’s science wing. She later realized her phone was missing while she was sitting in the bleachers at a lacrosse game.
According to police the victim was briefly able to track the iPhone’s through the Find My Friends app. The application showed the phone somewhere near the cul-de-sac of Mystic Lane, but follow ups from police were fruitless. The investigation is still ongoing.
