An employee of Splash Car Wash was transported to the hospital with leg injuries after being pinned between two vehicles on May 25. According to police a 32-year-old employee was working at the rear of a car when a second vehicle lurched forward and trapped them between the two. Another employee had begun working inside the second vehicle before it suddenly moved.

Neither of the vehicles’ owners reported any known issues with the car. Police believe that the rear car may have been left in drive or accidentally knocked into gear while being detailed. The victim was taken to the hospital for treatment and no charges are pending.
