The Depot will offer a talk on vapes, e-cigarettes and Juuls on Thursday, March 15, from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m with Dennis Bludnicki and Maggie Young of Liberation Programs.

Bludnicki has been with Liberation Programs, Inc. for over 12 years; initially working as a drug counselor at Greenwich Youth Options for seven years. He later was a counselor at Liberation’s Outpatient Clinic in Stamford facilitating early recovery skills to adults dealing with alcohol and other drug addictions through individual , group and family counseling.

Young has been with Liberation Programs, Inc. for 24 years. She worked as a case manager, counselor, and team leader for 10 years before serving as the director of the agency’s male (Liberation House) and female  (Families In Recovery Program) inpatient treatment programs for another 10 years. Since 2016, she has been the director of women and children services in Greenwich.

The Depot provides a safe place for youth to develop leadership, planning, and decision-making skills, interact with people of different backgrounds, access adult role models and serve as community assets.
