SEPAC presents: Colleges with support services panel
Students with IEPs/504s and parents are invited to attend a panel discussion, which will include representatives from colleges offering support services. The event will be Wednesday, March 29 at 7:15 p.m. in the Darien Library community room.
The panel will share details about available academic, social and living supports. Paul Ribeiro, Director of Guidance, Darien High School, will moderate.
Darien SEPAC, DHSPA, Darien Public Schools and Darien Library are sponsoring this evening program. Panelists will include: Laura J. Patey, M. Ed., associate dean for student academic resources at Wesleyan University; Lindsay Morales,, strategy instructor, Center for Students with Disabilities, University of Connecticut; Jacqueline Jewett, managing director of student relations, Mitchell College; William N. Presutti, Florham campus director of the regional center, Fairleigh Dickinson University; Amanda St. Bernard, assistant director, college assistance program, Iona College.
