Downtown Rowayton will come alive with twinkling lights at the annual holiday town lighting. Festivities begin at Pinkney Park with caroling led by Brien McMahon’s award-winning Holiday Chamber Choir at 5 p.m, and the lighting of the Christmas trees at dusk.

Afterward, visit the Rowayton Historical Society open house and model train show from 4 to 6 p.m. in Pinkney House and the Rowayton Historical Society holiday bazaar until 7 p.m. Then stroll down Rowayton Avenue to enjoy warm beverages compliments of the Collected Home and Sails Restaurant, look for one-of-a-kind holiday gifts at the Rowayton Arts Center, and visit the art show fundraiser at Brendan's 101.

Also don’t miss the return of the annual Egg Nog Contest located in front of the Rowayton Wine Shop. All tasters must be 21 or over.

Rowayton Avenue will be blocked off between Wilson Avenue and the Fire House, so please come early if you’re driving.

Rowayton’s Holiday Lights are sponsored by the RCA with help from Terra Green Landscaping, Darien Rowayton Bank and the Rowayton Fire Department.
