On Wednesday, May 29, the Darien community honored six graduating seniors who “bridged” to Lifetime Members in Girl Scouts. They were recognized for their outstanding leadership, service and commitment to scouting. Four of the young ladies (Ellie Brennan, Megan Cunningham, Emily Grandon, and Charlotte Juan) have been in Girl Scouts for thirteen years. The other two, Meghan Wood and Samantha Pensiero have been in scouts for 12 and 11 years, respectively. Girl Scout volunteer, Karen Brennan, also received special recognition for being a troop leader for 13 years.
