The New Canaan Democratic Town Committee hosted a Zoom event about cooking on Wednesday, July 29, 2020. The committee is also hosting a Zoom event on other hobbies during the month of August.

The events in August are part of the committee’s “Off the Clock” Zoom series with legislators, where each will share a favorite hobby, or interest for 45 minutes to an hour, take questions, and chat with the attendees of the event virtually.

The series kicks off with U.S. Rep. Jim Himes on Monday, August 3, 2020, at 6 p.m., and continues on the remaining Sundays in August with state representatives. The series is set to conclude with one or both of the state’s U.S. senators (schedules permitting).
