Nancy K. Williams Fiske died Sunday, July 31, at the Fisher Home. She was 84.

Born on Oct. 19, 1926 in Buffalo, N.Y., she was the daughter of Keith and Bessie (Leposkey) Williams.

She was a graduate of Buffalo Seminary High School, and earned her bachelor's degree in English at Skidmore College, working briefly in New York as an editor after college. On July 21, 1951, Mrs. Fiske married Richard W. Fiske, who predeceased her in 1986. She was a self-employed antique dealer who owned several antique shops over the years. She was involved in progressive politics and was a member of the Chamber of Commerce in Darien. She loved the New York Times and practiced holistic eating. Mrs. Fiske was an avid Yankee fan, and loved watching sports on TV, especially basketball and tennis.

She is survived by two daughters: Cynthia Scace and her husband, Jim, of Greenfield and Dana Fiske, of Westminster, Vt., a grandson, Andrew Scace; and two sisters, Betty S. Eslick, of N.Y., and Carol Sharp, of Pa. She also leaves her beloved cat Isabella.

All services are private and at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are under the direction of Walker Funeral Home, 14 High St., Greenfield. Memorial donations may be made to the Fisher Home, 1165 N. Pleasant St., Amherst, MA 01002.
