Today’s sports are very demanding in terms of time and commitment and many hours are dedicated to practice or game time, yet not enough time is spent on building the athlete’s foundation. Dynamic Athletics Lacrosse Clinic provides a flexible and affordable solution to meet the training needs of aspiring lacrosse players.
While this four week program will improve the athlete’s strength, speed and agility, there will be a primary focus on teaching them the fundamental movements and skills they will need to progress to higher level athletes, as they get older.
Tuesday off-field sessions will build the athletes foundation of strength, which will translate to more on-field production. While all athletes want to be faster and more agile, unfortunately, most are never taught the proper mechanics behind running and changing direction. Dynamic will develop athletes’ motor skills to a point where these proper mechanics are second nature.
The Sunday lacrosse clinic will focus on the individual, as well as team, skill development. It will focus on fundamental stick skills, movement patterns, and coordination. With a knowledgeable and experienced staff, Dynamic strives to improve lacrosse skills and knowledge through unique drills and competitions emphasizing the excitement of lacrosse.
The first clinic begins Tuesday, Sept. 8 and will run through Sunday, Oct. 4. Sessions are limited to the first 10 athletes that sign up.
