Thomas Raymond, 49, of Red Rose Circle, was charged with disorderly conduct at 8:15 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 22 following an incident at his home. He posted a $250 bond and appeared in court the following day.

George Boatright III, 56, of Norwalk, was charged with failure to have headlights activated and driving while intoxicated on Sunday, Feb. 28.

Boatright was driving a 1990 Jeep Cherokee on Tokeneke Road toward Rowayton at 6:30 p.m. when an officer observed him driving with only his parking lights on after dusk, according to police.

The officer stopped the vehicle just over the Rowayton line, and detected an odor of alcoholic beverage in the car, police said.

Boatright failed his field sobriety test, and was arrested, police said. He posted a $150 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Wednesday, March 10.

Drashawn McLellan, 21, of Stamford, was charged with third degree larceny by possession, possession of marijuana, driving without motor-vehicle insurance, misuse of license plates and operating an unregistered motor vehicle, at 10:30 a.m. on Sunday, Feb. 24.

McLellan was driving a 1997 black Honda Civic westbound on Post Road near the Norwalk line when an officer observed the vehicle was missing a license plate; the officer stopped the sedan near the southbound Entrance 13 ramp to Interstate-95, police said. McLellan told the officer that he had just bought the vehicle, but upon running the Vehicle Identification Number, the officer discovered the car had been stolen from Stamford on Sunday, Feb. 14, police said.

According to police, the officer discovered approximately 1 gram of marijuana in the man's wallet. The wallet also contained $650 in Euros and $65 Canadian, for which McLellan did not have a reasonable explanation; the money was seized, police said.

McLellan was held on a $10,000 bond and appeared in court on Monday, March 1.
