Art. Dance. Music. Camp.

Ages 3 to 6-years-old

Mondays through Thursdays, 10 a.m. - 12:45 p.m.

Session 1: June 7 through June 10

Session 2: June 14 through June 17

Session 3: June 21 through June 24

Tuition for one session: $265, for two sessions: $500 and for three sessions is $700.

Each day, campers will have an art class, followed by a music class, and end with an exciting dance class to release their energy and creativity. This camp is a wonderful way to introduce little campers to the arts. Each art class will introduce different art forms, using different materials and at the end of each week the campers will have a number of different projects to take home.

Cartooning/ Comic Strip Camp

First through fourth grade, July 12 through July 15, 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. Cost: $176

Each student will create their own short comic strip. They will learn how to illustrate the comics, and write text to go along with it. Students will also create their own characters, with a focus on facial expressions, body language, and the use of color. At the end of the class, each student will have their own comic strip to take home with them.

Kids Love Printmaking Workshop

Fifth through eight grade, July 19 through July 22, 2:45 to 4:45 p.m., Cost: $180.00

In this four day, printmaking afternoon camp, Nancy McTague-Stock, an artist, will show middle school students the many ways artists can create prints. McTague Stock will also teach, and guide students how to use a real printing press. At the end of the last session, the students will bring home many projects to frame.

Fantasy Map Design - Here Be Dragons. Lord of the rings worlds, Narnia, Hogwarts, Atlas & others

Fifth grade through the eighth grade, July 19 through July 23, Mondays through Fridays: 10:15 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. with a 20 minute break, Cost; $350

Using fictional worlds from literature, or films, as inspiration i.e. Tolkien's “Middle Earth”/”Midgaard,” King Arthur's “Camelot, C, S. Lewis' “Narnia, or “Harry Potter's “Wizarding World,” participants will be invited to unleash their imaginations, and to design, and produce a color map of their own unique, and mythical land, kingdom, or empire. In the process, participants, and staff will learn the elements, styles, scripts and artistic techniques of olde world cartography. Think sea dragons, and labyrinths. By the week's end, each camper will walk away with a finished map of their ideal world in the form of a scroll.

Children’s martial arts

First grade through the sixth grade, July 6 through Aug. 17, Tuesdays 5 to 6 p.m., $160

This class is for all levels, and will concentrate on rank appropriate material while working on effort, respect and self control.

Teen/adult martial arts

July 6 through Aug. 17, Tuesdays, 6:30 to 7:30 p.m., Code: 160.00

A workout while learning many self-defense theories and skills. This class will improve coordination, stamina, and self-awareness.
