Shirtlessness leads to arrest for Milford man
MILFORD — A local man is facing narcotics and larceny charges after allegedly hanging out shirtless in a Bridgeport Avenue parking lot on Sunday.
According to police reports, at 12:15 a.m. Sunday, officers responded to the parking lot on the report of a suspicious person who was reportedly shirtless and having trouble standing up.
Police said an investigation led to the arrest of Christoher Carr, 27, of Milford, who was accused of heroin possession. He was also found to have an active warrant for his arrest, stemming from an Oct. 29, 2018, incident in which he allegedly shoplifted about $290 worth of merchandise from Target, 1191 Boston Post Road.
Carr was charged with possession of narcotics and sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in court Aug. 6.
