Darien minister's book explores relationship between sex, spirituality
He'll be joined by co-author Rev. Verlee Copeland.
In the book, Rosenberger and Copeland argue that sex is not a sin and that a happy medium exists between sexuality and spirituality.
"Sex and the Spirit," addresses issues such as: What does the Bible really say about sex?; can sex be holy?; and sexual fantasy and heavenly imagination.
Rosenberger and Copeland argue that it's possible to have a life that is sexually and spiritually fulfilling, according to the publicity. Their book is full of advice for married couples and for single people looking for guidance on how to navigate a sexualized society.
"In `Sex and the Spirit,' we consider what it means to be sexual beings and to lead authentic Christian lives," Rosenberger said in the release. "We affirm that wholesome and passionate sexuality is God's gift. Here sex is a good thing, sex is a God thing."
