It promises to be another sunny, warm day in southwestern Connecticut, but the outlook for the weekend is not as bright, according to the National Weather Service.

The daytime high temperature is expected to rise to the upper-60s, with a north wind at 10 mph and later becoming east.

Tonight will be mostly cloudy, with a low temperature around 47 degrees and a south wind at 5 mph, becoming east.

Tomorrow, there is a chance of showers, mainly after 3 p.m., the NWS says. Skies will be mostly cloudy and the high temperature will be in the upper-50s. Overnight, showers are likely, as the temperature falls to the mid-40s.

On Sunday, showers are expected to continue, as the temperature rises to the low-50s. There is still a chance of showers on Sunday night and the low temperature should be in the low-40s.

The outlook for Monday, according to the weather service, is for partly sunny skies and a high temperature in the mid-50s.
