Master Gardener Eric Frisk will present a lecture on pollinators on Saturday, June 17 at 2 p.m. at Darien Library.

Frisk will present on the importance of pollinators and other insects in our gardens and what problems they are facing. Attendees will learn how planting meadows, pollinator gardens, and even a row of the right plants in vegetable gardens can assist pollinators and attract other beneficial insects.

Frisk is a UConn Master Gardener and Master Composter and owner of Growing with Nature, a sustainable food production and education company growing organic produce for the Food Pantry at Operation Hope in Fairfield.
