Annam Olasewere, Staples, Fr.: Olasewere’s time of 22.58 in the 50 freestyle broke the State Open mark of 23.03 set in 2016. She added the 100 freestyle crown in 50.21, just off her record pace of 50.14 in Class LL.

Hannah Chuckas, Westhill-Stamford, Jr.: Chuckas’ score of 462.75 after 11 rounds gave Chuckas, in her second full season diving, the State Open title. She also won the Class LL championship.

Lauren Walsh, Trumbull, Sr.: Walsh broke her own State Open record in the 100 breaststroke. Her time of 1:01.04 eclipsed her mark of 1:01.96 set in 2019. She also won the Open title in the 200 individual medley.

Payton Foster, Greenwich, Soph.: She was first in the 500 freestyle (4:54.59) for team champion Greenwich. Foster also broke the five-minute mark with a time of 4:58.56 to take home the Class LL title.

Katrine O’Leary, Seymour, Soph.: She captured a pair of Class S titles with wins in the 50 freestyle in 23.90 and the 100 freestyle in 52.51.

Alexandra Bradley, Weston, Sr.: She won the 200 individual medley in 2:08.77 when Weston took home its eighth Class S title in the past 10 competitions.

Grace Sweeney, Daniel Hand, Sr.: Sweeney won the 100 butterfly and took second in the 500 freestyle for the Class M champions.

Aislin Farris, Enfield-Somers, Sr.: Farris was State Open champion in the 100 backstroke with a time of 56.38. She was third in the 200 intermediate medley.

Elise Richardson, Lyman Hall, Jr.: Richardson earned Class M titles in the 100 backstroke and 100 freestyle. She was part of winning 200 medley and 200 freestyle relays.

Nicole Hahn, East Lyme, Sr.: Hahn was Class M state champ in the 200 individual medley and the 100 breaststroke.

Miller Ward, Darien, Soph.: Ward took home titles in the 200 intermediate medley (2:03.78) and 100 butterfly (56.23) for team champion Darien in Class L.

Claire Kehley, Lauralton Hall, Sr.: Kehley was first in Class S in the 500 freestyle (5:00.94). She placed second in the 200 freestyle (1:53.72), Kehley was second in the 200 free and third in the 500 at the Open.

Avery Kudlac, Glastonbury, Jr.: Kudlac finished first in the 200 freestyle with a time of 1:51.50 at the State Open. She took second in the 100 butterfly (55.56).

Brianna Deierlein, Newtown, Soph.: She won the Class L title in the 200 freestyle with a time of 1:51.42. Deirlein was also meet best in the 100 backstroke (56.44).
