Lizzo coming to Hartford in May 2023 for North American tour

All the rumors are true — Lizzo is coming to Hartford in the spring.

The Grammy and Emmy award-winning artist announced the second North American leg of her 2022 tour, which will feature American rapper Latto as the guest performer.

The artist will stop at Hartford’s XL Center on Saturday, May 6 at 8 p.m.

Tickets will go on sale to the general public on Friday, Nov. 18 at 10 a.m. American Express Cardholders can buy tickets from Wednesday, Nov. 16 to Nov. 17 at 10 a.m.

Lizzo will perform in 17 cities across North America next spring, starting with Knoxville, Tenn., on April 21, 2023, and ending with Palm Desert, Calif., in June.

Her latest album, "Special," reached No. 2 on US Billboard 200 chart and the lead single, “About Damn Time,” topped the Billboard Hot 100.

The singer is also set to receive the People’s Champion award at the 2022 People’s Choice Awards show on Dec. 6.
