  • A second retail cannabis store is being proposed in what was an Asian restaurant on McDermott Avenue, Torrington. This the second plan submitted by applicant, Patrik Jonsson. A similar plan for a building on East Main Street was denied earlier this year, with the Planning & Zoning Comission citing traffic and the store's impact on the neighborhood.
