Bridgeway Capital Management has renewed a lease for 14,256 square feet at 20 Greenway Plaza. Griff Bandy of NAI Partners represented the tenant. Steve Rocher of CBRE represented the landlord.
Houston-based Elite Street Capital has purchased the 16-story 2100 West Loop South office building. H. Dan Miller and Martin Hogan represented the seller, Buchanan Street Partners and CarVal Investors. Renovated in 2014, the 162,336-square-foot building is 88.7 percent leased, according to HFF. Matt Kafka and Michael Johnson of HFF arranged a five-year, 4.25 percent, fixed-rate acquisition loan through Greystone.
