Maxx will open next to HomeGoods, another TJX Cos. store, in Danbury. Sierra Trading Post and Marshalls, also TJX stores, have locations in Berkshire Shopping Center, as well. A representative of Raymour & Flanigan, which owns Candlewood Plaza Shopping Center, said there are no plans to fill the space that will be vacant when T.J. Maxx departs.
