The Darien Youth Commission held a free community art festival on Saturday at Town Hall for some community creating.

“A day to create” was held in the Town Hall Gym last Saturday, a free, “hands-on-arts” for kids was made possible by the generosity of many community groups, non-profit agencies and organizations who participate.   These agencies were on-hand to showcase the services that they provide for youth and families in and around Darien.

Activities included professional face painters, caricaturists, dance presentations, crafts and more.
