The series concludes at the Darien Community Association (DCA) on Tuesday, May 15, 7:45 p.m., with Steve Wiggins, founder and chairman of Remedy Partners and managing director of EW Healthcare Partners. Steve will set the stage for a dialogue on how change is accelerating in every facet of healthcare and how those changes will affect each of us. He will discuss what we can do to get the best outcomes and value for the growing bill we are all paying, and how value-based payments are changing the way we organize and finance health care.
Steve Wiggins has over 30 years of experience launching and managing healthcare companies, and has founded seven healthcare companies including Oxford Health Plans, which grew into a Fortune 300 company under his leadership. Oxford, along with four of his other start-ups, began in Darien. His businesses span information technology, advanced analytics, health insurance and specialty pharmaceuticals. Like our previous speakers, JetBlue CEO Robin Hayes and the NFL’s Brian Rolapp, Steve Wiggins is a Darien resident.
Ticket prices include a 7:00pm reception, with wine from JetBlue’s Mint premium travel experience – featuring some of America’s best boutique wines.
