Noroton Presbyterian, JoyRide to hold hurricane relief ride Sunday

A special benefit spin session will be held at JoyRide in Darien on Sunday, Dec. 10.  Proceeds from the ride will be donated to the work of World Vision–and will be designated for their work in hurricane response and amongst communities devastated by these storms.

The ride is open to youth ages 13 and up, open to a max of 40-riders, and is a partnership between the youth ministries of St. Luke’s and Noroton Presbyterian Church. Please note: by signing-up, you are agreeing to raise at least $50 (either from your own funds, or by assembling a support team)  with the first $10 serving as a deposit to reserve your spot for the ride. Please note that raising more than the minimum equates to providing more help to those in need–so exceeding the minimum is definitely encouraged! The balance of funds raised will be due on the day of the ride.

For more information about the Holiday Ride, contact Michael Toy (St. Luke’s) or Jimmy McPherson (Noroton Presbyterian).
