High school age students are invited to a program on bystander intervention on Tuesday, Nov. 28 from 7 to 8:30 p.m.
The program is presented by The Center for Sexual Assault Crisis Counseling and Education in Stamford.
This interactive program focuses on engaging young people to be active in identifying and preventing sexual violence in their community. The program invites youth to challenge the gender and cultural norms that contribute to sexual violence. This presentation introduces safe, non-violent methods to intervention of sexual harassment and sexual abuse.
