St. Patrick’s Day celebration and Irish dancers

With St. Patrick’s Day just around the corner the students of Lynn Academy will be here to share in the art of Irish step dancing.  These talented dancers have achieved numerous first place New England Regional placements as well as top placements at the North American Championships in Irish Step Dancing.  Please be sure to sign up!

New cardio/strength class

Begins Tuesday, March 2 at 10 a.m.
Linda (Thursday low impact aerobics instructor) will be introducing a new cardio/strengthen and Stretch class beginning Tuesday, March 2t at 10 a.m.  The class will be held weekly on Tuesdays.  The cost is $4. Linda will lead the group through a three part program that will improve strength, flexibility, and endurance.
