Sotheby’s integrates platforms for real estate market

William Pitt Sotheby's International Realty recently launched Agent Connect, a digital solution for real estate professionals that integrates client relationship management, business management and marketing tools.

"Agent Connect is a powerful feature-rich innovation, designed to optimize our exclusive client services and agent resources," said Paul Breunich, president and CEO Sotheby's.

Agent Connect functions as a virtual office and portal to the company's intranet site, and it provides a number of marketing and technology tools. It gives agents access to resources to support their clients and to assist in building their business.

"We built Agent Connect as a comprehensive business management tool that gives our sales associates access to everything traditionally available in one of our brick-and-mortar brokerage offices," said Vincent Socci, director of marketing for Sotheby's. "The office-online solution gives our sales associates access to forms and contracts, MLS data, market statistics, exclusive marketing products and a suite of eProspecting reports allowing them to relay relevant market data quickly and easily to the client's inbox."

Through the client relationship management system, agents can manage and update client contacts, appointments and action plans from one central database, which can be integrated with smart phones and business email accounts.

The Marketing Studio gives print-on-demand access to listing slicks, quarterly market watches, company promotion publications and other marketing materials. Market Tracker provides agents with automatic eProspecting reports they can send out to clients and prospects on a monthly basis, keeping them informed about local market activity and regional trends. Adding to this feature, agents can also send clients a Property Investment Profile with localized information tailored to each client's neighborhood and criteria.

Home Finder and Sold Finder listing alerts give agents the capability to track inventory changes and send clients listing information regarding new listings, price changes, pending sales and recently sold homes in their particular market area of interest. Advanced alerts include street and satellite maps with MLS listing details, market trends and graphs.

Agent Connect was developed through the collaboration of Sotheby's and BrokerTec Systems, a technology products company. The features of the program have been tailored to the needs of Sotheby's.
