YW’s Toddler Time: Register your 2-year old for multiple days

Starting with Summer Fun in June 2012, 2 year olds will be able to enroll in the YWCA Darien/Norwalk's Summer Fun or Toddler Time drop-off program for up to 3 days per week.

Parents can learn more about this program and the new multiple day option at the Open House for prospective parents on Friday, Jan. 20, at 10, at the YWCA Darien/Norwalk office, 49 Old Kings Highway North, Darien. The program is open to both members and non-members of the YWCA Darien/Norwalk.

Toddler Time is a drop-off enrichment program open to children turning 2 in 2012. The program begins in September and meets for a full school year until May 2013.

Summer Fun is a similar two-hour drop off program that meets in June and July. Three year olds who haven't yet attended a 3's program are also eligible to attend Summer Fun. The program consists of free-play, story and music time, an art project and snack in a caring, nurturing setting.

Children will learn new songs, create fun works of art and make lots of new friends in a class of up to eight students. Two enthusiastic and caring teachers lead the classes that are held at the YWCA Darien/Norwalk office.

Registration for both Summer Fun and Toddler Time for YW members begins March 2 at 10.

Registration for non-YW members begins April 2 at 10.
