Venture Yoga, a new yoga studio in town, is hosting “Poses for Paws” this month. “Poses for Paws” is a donation-based yoga class followed by a raffle and happy hour at Darien Social on Thursday, Oct. 11.
The event will be held at Venture Yoga’s new studio above Darien Social. The yoga class is at 6 p.m. and the raffle and happy hour start at 7 p.m. Cash donations as well as PayPal donations through Venture Yoga’s Web site and Kendra Hadden’s Web site will be accepted. All of the proceeds are going to benefit The Little Pink Shelter and The Beagle Freedom Project, both helping puppies and dogs in unfortunate situations find loving forever homes.
