A truck carrying a porta potty portable toilet caught fire Tuesday afternoon, closing both lanes the busy Tokeneke Road, just off the Post Road, close to rush hour while it was put out.
These photos sent in by John Dowling show the fire department putting it out and the extent of the flames and smoke — the smoke was visible from many areas of town.
