Darien’s Board of Education will hold a regular meeting on Tuesday, Feb. 26 at 7:30 p.m. On the agenda are updates on several items including the district’s 2012-13 goals and objectives, with a separate update on the goal of creating a “continuum of services” between special education and general classes. Dr. Judith Pandolfo, assistant superintendent of elementary education, and Dr. Diedre Osypuk, special education director, are scheduled to present the action plan developed as a result of a special education study.
The board may approve the district’s oil tank project following a scheduled presentation from Dick Huot, finance director.
It might also accept a gift for the high school’s music department following a presentation.
