Y members who are enrolled in the winter session can register beginning Tuesday, Feb. 26 at 10 a.m.
Darien Y members who are residents of Darien can register beginning Thursday, Feb. 28 at 10 a.m., Darien Y members who are not residents of Darien can register Tuesday, March 5 at 10 a.m., and open registration to all non-members begins Thursday, March 7.

The Darien Y offers programs for youth and adults during each session. Sessions are held in the spring, fall, and winter. The program offerings this spring for children include swimming classes for babies, preschool and elementary age children; gymnastics classes for babies (mommy and me) through elementary school age; and other sports programs including volleyball, Futsol, baseball, and basketball. Zumba, boot camp, and sports conditioning are also offered for kids as well as the teen fitness series which includes yoga, Zumba and spin classes designed for teens. The special needs classes being offered include art, cooking, Zumba, and sports.
Adult classes offered that require registration include Pilates Reformer and kettlebells, and adult swim classes. There is no charge for members attending the other fitness classes which are considered drop-in.
