Tips on Trips and Camps, the free camp advisory service specializing in overnight camps, trips, and teen programs for students ages 8 to 18, announces opportunities for parents and children to preview available trips and summer camps for 2013.
The Overnight Camp and Trip Fair sponsored by Tips on Trips and Camps will be in the cafeteria at Darien High School on Saturday, Feb. 2, from 1 to 3:30.

Meeting with program representatives and camp advisors is an excellent way to get an understanding of the culture and personalities of the camps or trips you are considering. We’d be there if only the date didn’t conflict with the winter meeting of our board of trustees. But Darien families have sent many current and past campers to the Vermont camps of The Aloha Foundation. Email or call us if you’d like to know more. We can probably refer you to folks in Darien who can tell you what it’s like for a girl, a boy or a whole family to spend part of a summer on a beautiful lake in Fairlee, Vermont.
