It took private school recruits to take down Girls Wave Hockey for the first time this season.
Darien lost 6-0 at Greenwich Academy on Tuesday.
The hosts scored two in each period.
Shannon Hall made 19 saves in goal for Darien.
Annie DeFrino made 12 saves for the shutout.
The Wave goes to 6-1-1.
