Noroton Fire Department collecting ‘Toys for Tots’

The Noroton Fire Department is collecting new toys in support of the U.S. Marine Corps. Reserve “Toys for Tots” program.

The Toys for Tots program provides new donated toys to less fortunate children for the Christmas season.

Noroton Fire Department hopes to collect more than 1,500 toys which will all be distributed locally in Darien, Stamford, and Norwalk.

The unwrapped gifts can be left in the drop box located in the parking lot at the rear of the Noroton firehouse (1873 Post Road across from St. Luke’s Church).

Better yet, establish a neighborhood toy collection and have the gifts picked up in a fire truck by the 100% volunteer Noroton Fire Department through Dec. 23 from 10 to 3.
