Darien Police arrested Eammon Donnelly of Newtown on Tuesday, Dec. 4 for the Oct. 2 burglary of a Mystic Road home. The homeowner left for three hours and returned to find her back door had been broken into and silverware and jewelry taken.
Donnelly, 30, turned himself in to the Darien Police Tuesday after learning there was a warrant for his arrest.
Donnelly was charged with burglary in the 3rd degree, conspiracy to burglary in the 3rd degree and larceny in the 3rd degree. Donnelly was released after posting a $5,000 cash bond. His court date is set for Dec. 17. Further arrests are expected.
