Some gymnasts from Darien’s YMCA gymnastics program will be in the front row of Katie Couric’s show airing at 3 p.m. Monday.
The segment will feature Olympic gold medalist Gabby Douglas. It is not certain if they will be asked to go up on stage, but the girls could be asked questions and possibly do some tumbling on camera. The girls will appear with their coach, Valentina Kovalenko.
The Katie show airs at 3 p.m. on ABC Channel 7.
