Aging in Place+Gallivant is releasing the fall issue of its newsletter, “Out and About,” within the next week. With this issue, it has increased delivery to three newsletter issues per year. They have also expanded circulation to reach the entire town.
“We encourage the entire community to take a look at our informative newsletters,” said Gina
Blum, executive director.
“You are sure to find helpful articles regardless of your age. We hope that the community keeps us in mind even if there is no need for senior services at this time.” Blum said.
“We receive many calls from adult children, neighbors, and friends seeking advice and referrals for elderly people they care about, and we are delighted to be a free resource for the entire community.”
The fall issue of Out and About is devoted to getting organized and reducing clutter. This theme is the topic for the organization’s annual luncheon co-sponsored by the Darien Community Association on November 15th.
If you do not receive a copy of Out and About in your mailbox by the end of October, please contact Aging in Place+Gallivant.
